Park Rules
The following rules are general and basic and are effective immediately. Rules and regulations may be adjusted by the owner at any time, as needed, without notice.
Hayes RV Park has the right to remove anyone from the property at any time, for any reason, without notice. Violation of any Park Rules and Regulations can result in you being asked to vacate the property immediately. There will be NO REFUNDS considered!
By law, Hayes RV Park is a service-oriented business and therefore we do not have a tenant/landlord relationship with any daily/weekly/monthly guest.
GENERAL:
• Check-In Time is 2:00 pm and Check-Out Time is 10:00 am.
• Full payment of weekly or 1st month’s rate due when your application is approved and your reservation is made. Payment method options are through xpresspay.com, or through your Bank Bill Pay for long destination stays.
• Guest Renewal Payments - To renew your monthly reservation, you must notify the office 5 days prior to your last paid night to make arrangements for an extended stay. Renewal payments will be due on the first day of your renewal day.
• $15 daily late fee will be added beginning the day after the due date and will continue until full payment is received, including late fees. A maximum of 5 days late will be allowed. If your charges are not paid in full within 5 days after your due date, we have the right to disconnect your utilities and have your RV and/or vehicles towed off of the property at your (the owner) expense. Since our business falls under the Theft of Services Law, Penal Code Section 31:04(b), you must pay for your services.
• The owners of Hayes RV Park will not issue evictions since we fall under the Theft of Services Law. You can be revoked immediately at any time for any reason.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• We reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to “offenders” of park rules.
• Hayes RV Park does not allow registered sex offenders as a guest/visitor or anywhere on the property.
• NO refunds on early departures.
• Sub-leasing is not allowed. If RV is sold or given to someone else, the RV must be moved immediately if new owner does not register with their own Park Agreement.
• One (1) RV per site, two (2) vehicles per site. Vehicles must park in designated spots only.
• RVs must be in clean and good condition and must be 12 years or newer. Older models must be approved by the Park Owner. We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on it’s appearance and/or condition.
• Two (2) Adults per RV. Two (2) people included in Rates. See Rates for additional cost per persons with weekly and monthly rates. Maximum guests per site is four (4).
• Extra vehicles, boats, etc. are not allowed on property. Contact Park Owner to discuss any other considerations.
• Valid Driver’s License or ID will be kept on file for each adult guests.
• Sleeping in vehicles or tents is not allowed on the property.
• Open campfires are not allowed. Above ground fire pits are allowed if using a manufactured fire pit and is set up as required manufacture specifications.
• Outdoor cooking/charcoal grills are permitted.
• Selling of any illegal product or service is not permitted and guest/visitor will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund.
• Solicitation and/or signs are not permitted on the property to advertise products for sale.
• Reservations are viewed as a “two-way” agreement. As you reserve your spot, we will turn away any other inquiries and hold the spot for you. Refunds will not be allowed once your payment is processed.
• NO swimming or fishing in the pond.
• No harassing, disruptive, aggressive, or threatening behavior toward anyone on the Park property. Violating this rule will result in your removal from the Park.
• Management and Hayes RV Park is not responsible for loss or damage to any guests/visitor’s property due to theft, vandalism, fire, accidents, or any other casualty or act of God. Hayes RV Park is not responsible for any damages caused by other guests or visitors. Guests/Visitors of Hayes RV Park assumes all risk of such loss or damage and is responsible for carrying his or her own insurance. In addition, damages of any kind caused by guests/visitors of the Park will be billed to the daily/weekly/monthly fee.
PETS:
• All pets must be approved by the Park Owner.
• Maximum of two pets allowed.
• Pets are not allowed to be tied up at any time without supervision.
• Outside Pet Gates/Fences are allowed for small dogs with Park Owner’s approval, and with guest’s supervision.
• Animals can not be left outside if guest leaves the property.
• All (dogs and cats) must be on a leash and are not allowed to run freely at any time.
• To maintain the risk of health issues it is your responsibility to pick up your pet’s waste immediately and dispose of it properly. This includes around your property.
• The Park Owner reserves the right to refuse pets according to size/behavior/breed.
• Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners. Noisy or dangerous pets will not be allowed. A pet owner may be asked to keep their dog inside the camper if barking persists. The guests may be asked to vacate the property if this does not resolve the issue. Refunds will not be given.
VEHICLE AND RV RULES:
• Speed limit in the Park is 5 MPH.
• Two (2) vehicle limit per site.
• All vehicles must be in operational condition.
• All vehicles and RV must have current registration, inspections, and license plates No washing vehicles or RVs allowed.
• RVs more than 12 years old must be approved by Park Owner. RVs must be in good and clean condition.
• No parking in vacant site without Park Owner’s permission. A charge for the space at a daily rate will be charged without Park Owner’s approval.
• Repairs to vehicles or RVs must have Park Owner’s approval.
• No parking on the street or grass.
• The operation of motorized scooters, ATV’s, minibikes, or any unlicensed motorized vehicle is prohibited on the Park property. Golf carts must be well maintained and must be in compliance with local laws.
SITE RULES:
• TEXAS LAW RULE requires a sewer hose must have a “do-nut” or threaded attachment into the sewer. All sewer lines and water hoses must be free of leaks.
• Refrigerators/Freezers or other appliances are not permitted outside the RV.
• Clotheslines are not permitted.
• No plants or objects in an area that will interfere with grounds maintenance.
• All porches or large steps must be approved by Park Owner.
• Digging or erecting poles is not allowed without Park Owner’s approval.
• Do NOT leave garbage outside your RV. All garbage must be in bags and tied before being placed in garbage dumpsters.
• Only human waste and toilet paper allowed to be flushed in toilet.
• Do not dispose of your cooking grease in sink or toilet.
• Any hazardous materials or chemicals, including any kind of grease, cleaners, batteries, paint thinners must be discarded properly and off of the Park property.
• Please help conserve electricity and water. Park Owner will discuss at any time excessive and use of utilities by an individual guest. In this case, an agreement may be made for guest to pay for an overage amount of electricity and/or water.
• No tampering with electrical boxes or other utility connections. Notify Park Owner if there is any problems or concerns.
• Children’s swimming pools and other water features must be approved by Park Owner before use.
• Outdoor items and site must be neat and orderly at all times.
• No refrigerators, freezers, buckets, barrels, tires or any other storage containers under the RV is allowed. Generators can be kept at site with Park Owner’s approval.
CHILDREN AND VISITORS:
• You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests. Parents/guardians are to assume responsibility for all actions of their children and any guests.
• Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision in all common areas.
• Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
• Playing on or using any other site is prohibited. Skateboards and in-line skates are not permitted on any concrete pad.
ALCOHOL, SMOKING, DRUGS, AND FIREARMS:
• Smoking is prohibited in the laundry unit or in any other Park building facility.
• Cigarette butts must be disposed of in proper containers. Do not discard cigarette butts until the fire is completely out. Cigarette butts must not be dropped on the ground, even at your own site.
• Absolutely no discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed.
• Alcohol is not allowed in any common area unless approved by Park Owner.
• Drug or criminal related activity in or near the Park will not be tolerated.
• All weapons must be kept in compliance with all state and federal laws.
• Hayes RV Park, or any of it’s representatives will NOT be responsible for people of any age driving while under the influence.
BEHAVIOR AND NUISANCES:
• Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons on Hayes RV Park property.
• Respectful Quiet Time is 9:00 pm – 7:00 am.
• Excessive noise, nuisances, disturbances by guests or visitors will not be tolerated.
• No loud motorcycles or other loud vehicles.
• No loud parties, excessive noise, big groups or large gatherings tolerated, as determined by Park Owner.
• Obnoxious, abusive, or threatening language, behavior, use of profanity or actions directed at Park Owners, guests, or visitors will not be tolerated.
• Any other action that could adversely affect the atmosphere or the enjoyment of other guests or visitors that are utilizing our facility is prohibited and will not be tolerated.
• Please report any incidents, accidents, or problems to the Park Owner immediately. Dial 911 for any emergency.
An Acknowledgement of Park Rules must be signed before check-in. If you are unable to print a copy, one will be provided to you.
